About
Márton Fenyvesi
I am a sound engineer, AI researcher and developer in Vienna. My research concerns human judgement and the systems built to support it; my IT work helps people and companies choose, set up and use AI tools in the way that fits their own work.
I have worked in music for twenty years: as a guitarist on more than fifty records, then as a mastering engineer, a studio co-owner, and in production and project management. I took my Master of Music at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium) in Copenhagen, in the European Jazz Master programme, after studying at the Liszt Academy in Budapest.
I wrote my first program at eight, in Pascal, and built my own web applications in PHP in the early 2000s. Since then I have worked with Java, C++ and Python, and with live-coding tools for generative music.
